1. Overview and Acceptance

This website is run by Bell Laser Labs LLC, doing business as Bell Laser Labs ("we," "us," "our"), based in Carrollton, Virginia. By browsing the site, placing an order, requesting a quote, or booking a training session, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders and Pricing

We sell custom laser-engraved products, including wood signs, tumblers, crystal, canvas prints, leather hats, cozies, ornaments, and awards. All prices are in US dollars. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a listing contains a pricing or description error, and if we do, we will let you know and refund any payment you made for it. Custom quotes sent by email are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Payment is due in full when you place your order.

4. Sales Tax

We charge Virginia sales tax of 6% on orders shipped to Virginia. Tax is not charged on orders shipped to other states, and tax is not charged on shipping.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, from Carrollton, Virginia. We do not offer local pickup. Standard Shipping is a flat rate based on your order subtotal:

• Under $25: $16.99

• $25 to $74.99: $28.99

• $75 or more: $38.99

Production and shipping times vary by item and are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is up to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before you pay; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

We encourage you to arrange or purchase shipping protection, especially on higher-priced items. Bell Laser Labs is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, and the buyer assumes all liability for shipping damage.

6. Custom and Personalized Orders

For custom items, you provide the text, names, dates, and images. Please proofread everything carefully, including spelling and punctuation. We engrave exactly what you submit, and we aren't responsible for errors in the information you give us. If something looks unclear or low quality, we may contact you before starting.

Wood, leather, and other natural materials vary in grain, color, and texture, so no two pieces are identical. Colors on your screen may also differ from the finished product. These variations are normal and aren't defects.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Errors

Because every item we sell is custom made, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless Bell Laser Labs approves them in advance. Please contact us before you ask for any refund, cancellation, or return.

If you believe we made an error, such as engraving something different from what you approved, please email us with photos as soon as you receive your order. We will review it, and any resolution is approved at our discretion. As noted in the shipping section, we are not responsible for damage that happens in transit.

When we do approve a refund, it is issued to your original payment method.

8. xTool Laser Training Sessions

We offer paid xTool laser training sessions, priced at $100 for one hour and $220 for two hours as listed when you book. Sessions are scheduled through the booking form on our site, and payment is due at booking. To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled training. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, and we may offer a reschedule only at our discretion. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property and Customer Artwork

The content on this site, including our logo, photos, text, and designs, belongs to Bell Laser Labs unless noted, and you may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

When you submit text, images, logos, or artwork for a custom item, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them. You are responsible for any claims related to material you provide. You give us permission to use your submission only to make your order, and we may ask you to change or replace anything we believe you don't have the right to use. We may share photos of finished work in our gallery or on social media; if you'd prefer we don't share yours, just ask and we will honor that.

10. Website Use

Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use it to harm others. We may update or remove content, or restrict access, at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver quality products and services, but the site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Bell Laser Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that order or service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Cookies

When you place an order, submit a contact form, request a quote, book training, or join our newsletter, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address) to fulfill your request and communicate with you. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We don't sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Our website platform may use cookies for basic site function and analytics.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute by email. If we can't, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you placed them.
